Matthew 25:36 Partnership

I was in prison and you came to visit me.

- Matthew 25:36

Together, we can answer the call of Jesus in Matthew 25:36—bringing hope, healing, and the Gospel to “the least of these,” one life at a time.

“I was in prison and you came to visit me.” – Matthew 25:36
Matthew 25:36 isn’t just a verse, it’s our assignment. God has called us to bring hope, healing, and the Gospel to those in prison, in addiction, and in crisis. That’s why we’re inviting you to become a Matthew 25:36 Partner by committing to give $25.36 per month. The amount itself is a reminder of the Scripture and the mission: $25.36 keeps Matthew 25:36 in front of us and helps us go where others often will not go; inside the walls, into recovery programs, and into lives that many may consider beyond repair.

Through our involvement with Kairos prison ministry and our own ongoing prison outreach, we help take the love of Christ directly behind the walls through Bible studies, mentoring, and support for powerful encounters with Jesus. Your support helps us show up consistently in prisons, provide Bibles and study materials, and continue discipleship that speaks hope into broken places.

My Brothers’ Crossing is also deeply involved with the Hope Center, a Christ-centered recovery program, where men and women find freedom from addiction and discover new life in Christ. We teach Bible studies, offer encouragement during the critical early phases of recovery, come alongside families through Christ-focused support, and often help cover intake costs so that money is never the reason someone stays in bondage instead of stepping into freedom. Your monthly $25.36 helps open the door for someone to enter a safe, structured, faith-based program where they can truly begin again.

Another key part of our mission is our Hope Pack program. Hope Packs are backpacks filled with basic hygiene and personal care items, along with simple tools like journals and writing materials. Many individuals entering recovery arrive with almost nothing, often straight from jail or the streets. These Hope Packs meet real physical needs, but they also deliver a powerful message: “You matter. You are seen. You are worth loving.” Each pack is prayed over before it is given, so every person receives not just supplies, but a tangible expression of the love of Christ.

Prison ministry, recovery work, and Hope Packs are not one-time events; they require steady, faithful presence. When you commit to $25.36 each month, you help us maintain that presence, continuing to visit those in prison, support those in recovery, and welcome new residents with dignity, care, and the love of Christ. You may never step inside a prison or a recovery center yourself, but when you give, you go with us!

Your monthly $25.36 does more than cover costs. It puts Bibles and hope in the hands of inmates, helps men and women step into Christ-centered recovery, and wraps someone in the love of Jesus through a simple backpack filled with essentials and prayer. Will you become a Matthew 25:36 Partner today by committing to give $25.36 per month to My Brothers’ Crossing Ministry? Together, we can answer the call of Jesus in Matthew 25:36—bringing hope, healing, and the Gospel to “the least of these,” one life at a time.
