JT is the founder of My Brothers’ Crossing. He came to faith November 15th, 2015 declaring, “Here am I. Send me.” He is ordained as a minister through House of Purpose Ministries. As an extension of the ministry work through My Brothers’ Crossing, JT has accepted a part-time role as a Special Assignment Chaplain at River North Correctional Center.
When not traveling for ministry, he attends House of Purpose.

Torrey Clark
Tech Advisor & Servant
Torrey is the son of Bobby & Pam Clark. He currently serves as the Tech Advisor for the ministry. He developed the website, app, and assists with any of the ministry's technology needs.
In addition to serving as the tech advisor, he also serves in supporting the ministry by ministering to others in jail, at hospitals, or wherever the Lord directs.

Pastor Jim Asberry has been involved in ministry for more than 25 years, serving churches in the Roanoke Valley and Winchester,
Virginia. While in Winchester, his church was one of the fastest growing churches in North America for their denomination.

Neal Turner
President & Director
Neal has spent most of his life giving back to his community. On April 7th, 1977 he became a member of the Christiansburg Rescue Squad. He is now a life member of the squad. He is also a charter/life member of the Riner Rescue Squad and Honorary member of both the Virginia Tech Rescue Squad and Riner Fire Department.
Neal also serves as an ordained minister and retired emergency services coordinator for Montgomery County.
Neal is married to Carolyn, has two grown children, three grandchildren, and two great grand children.

Gene Winters
Director
Gene is a retired Corporate Executive with over 40 years of Manufacturing, Sales and Operational Management experience. He is a graduate of East Carolina University and started his career as a lead Manufacturing Engineer with Texas Instruments in Dallas, TX in the early 1980’s. He has since held leadership roles as Quality Assurance Engineering Manager at Litton Poly Scientific in Blacksburg, VA, Vice President of Import Operations at Pulaski Furniture in Pulaski, VA and President/CEO of Global Link Logistics in Atlanta, GA.
Gene and his wife Ann have been married for 47 years and have a son Adam (45) and twin daughters Katie and Emily (39). He also has six grandchildren ranging from 6 to 17 years of age. He enjoys hunting, fishing, working on antique cars and serving his beloved Christiansburg Presbyterian Church.

Chester Linkous

Chester was in the United States Army from 1972 Until 1975. After leaving the military Chester owned his own trucking company for over 30 years and then retired. He is married to Deborah, has two daughters, and six grandchildren.

Tim Bush
Director
Tim was raised in a Christian home and attended Grandview Heights Church of the Nazarene in Roanoke, Virginia.
After graduating from high school, he joined the United States Army and completed One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Knox, Kentucky. He served for eight years, with assignments at Fort Polk, Louisiana; Fort Hood, Texas; and Vilseck, Germany, achieving the rank of Sergeant.
Following his military service, Tim began a career with Union Pacific Railroad. Over the years, he served as a switchman, conductor, engineer, and ultimately Senior Manager of Operating Practices. Tim and his wife made their home in South Louisiana, where they raised their son.
During their years in Louisiana, Tim attended Healing Place Church in Baton Rouge, where he loved serving as “the hands and feet of Jesus.” He and his wife also led multiple mission trips to Peru and Mexico.
After 28 years in South Louisiana, Tim and his wife relocated to Southwestern Virginia to be closer to their son, daughter-in-law, and soon-to-arrive grandson. Tim now attends Exalted Church in Roanoke, where he first heard JT share his testimony on forgiveness.
Tim is retired from Union Pacific Railroad and enjoys spending time with family and serving Jesus. He is married to Rebecca and has one son and one grandson.
